What if I do not want the product?
It may happen that you have changed your mind after you have purchased a product via our website. You therefore have 14 calendar days after receipt of the product time to leave us without giving any reason to know that you have changed your mind and cancel the sale. For example, this can e-mail, via the website or by telephone. Then send the product at your expense to the address we have given before the delivery, or bring it back to our shop in Hoorn.
you enclose the original packaging or take and send evidence preserved from Post En or the carrier of your choice so that we can easily find your package if there are questions.
the product is not damaged, or if it is a consumable (eg syrup waffles)
you (a copy of) enclose the packing slip
If compliance with these conditions and you send the complete order return, you will receive the amount you have paid to us for return the product, including the shipping therefor, within 14 days after you have let us know that you have terminated the sale.
We reserve the right to refund or exchange to refuse products not fulfill the above conditions.
This is to prevent abuse of the scheme.
We pay great attention to the quality of our products. If you still are not satisfied with one of our products because it does not work, can not be used properly or because there is something wrong with the material from which it is made, then you can let us know until within two months after you get the problem have discovered. It must be a product that you purchased through our website.
