You may have changed your mind after purchasing a product through our website.

You therefore have 14 days after receipt of the product to let us know without giving any reason that you have changed your mind and to cancel the purchase.

This can preferably be done by mail: customer [email protected]

After that you have 14 days to return the product

Return the product at your expense to the address we provided for the delivery


Never return a package without reporting it.
Always request the product return in advance by e-mail or you can easily arrange this yourself via the returns system. (when you have created an account during the ordering process)
What should you pay attention to when returning something?
Please note that you preferably send the original packaging.
That you request a proof of shipment from Post Nl or the carrier of your choice so that we can find your package if there are questions about it.
Clothing must be unworn. (of course passing is allowed)
A number of things fall outside the right of return

Products that you buy through our webshop with an expiration date cannot be returned.

The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply.

The sale is final after successful payment.

Food and gift packages are not taken back by us.
Items that have been ordered especially for you cannot be returned.

If these conditions are met and you return the entire order, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid us for the product, including the shipping costs, within 14 days after you inform us that you have canceled the purchase.
The refund is always made in the same way as the way you paid.
We always try to refund your order within 14 days.
Typically Hollands reserves the right to charge costs (depreciation due to damage) when original actions have to be performed to make the product re-saleable.

During the cooling-off period, you as a consumer must handle the product and the packaging with care. You will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. The basic principle here is that you may only handle and inspect the product as you would be allowed to do in a store. You are only liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from a handling of the product that goes beyond what is permitted in the previous sentence. As a consumer, you are not liable for depreciation of the product if we have provided all legally required information about the right of withdrawal when concluding the agreement.

If it has not been collected, PostNL will charge costs to return the package to our warehouse.
