For all orders the shipping costs are € 7.50
and are shipped with Post NL as standard


Track & Trace

To check the progress of your order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

This contains a track & route number.

You can follow the track & trace of your order yourself on the website of Post NL and DHL.



If you are not at home.

When a package can not be delivered to you or the addressee, it is offered to the neighbors.
If the package can not be delivered to the neighbors, it will be offered again the next day.
The chance is therefore present that the package then a day later
is received by the addressee.

If the addressee and the neighbors are not at home with the second offer,
then the Post NL employee will leave a message in your mailbox.
It then shows at which post office or PostNL Servicepunt you or the addressee can pick up the package. (You have three weeks for this.)



Specify another delivery address

Typically Dutch makes it possible to deliver your ordered product at any desired address.
You fill in your own address and a desired delivery address during the order.
You can easily change your data via the Typisch Hollands site.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address , the package will be returned to Typical Dutch.

You can not hold us liable for these costs.

Of course we will refund you the price you paid for the items that we have received back.


Pick up at the PostNL Post Office or Pick-Up point

Are you waiting for an online order?

Then there is little more annoying than coming home after a working day and finding a message from the driver stating that you were not at home at the time of delivery.

Would not it be nice if you could have the package delivered to a location that suits you best?

Which can!

You can choose your home address or you can use your package

immediately have it delivered to one of more than 2,000 PostNL Post Offices in the Netherlands. For example at the supermarket or tobacco shop on the corner, on a day and a time that suits you.

In this way you can easily pick up your order with your daily groceries and you benefit from the extensive opening hours.

It will no longer occur that you find a non-home message when you return home.

You have 2 weeks from the day of delivery to pick up the package yourself.
